What to include

Include your Applotra version, operating system and a description of the issue. For account questions, write from your account email. Passwords and verification codes are not needed.

Availability

The Mac download and a 7-day trial after email verification and sign-in are available. Payments are not connected yet.

Necessary storage

We remember your cookie choice for 180 days so you do not have to choose on every visit. This record contains no name, account or unique identifier.

Your light or dark theme will be remembered between visits for up to 180 days. Without permission, the theme works only in the current tab.

Analytics and advertising are not used.
